We might block an account for these reasons:
– Your account has been inactive for more than 6 months or your email address no longer works. If you wish to become active again or change the email address associated with your account but no longer have access to your account settings, please contact support@muslimconnect.io
– You sent messages to other members that were flagged as spam, repeatedly sent messages to user outside of your groups, or sent promotional offers, deals, or solicitations to members.
Whether the message comes from the organisers of a group, a member of the group, or someone else entirely, we try to prevent members from receiving messages that most of us would consider to be spam. As a general rule, try to keep your messages appropriate and relevant to your group’s interests.
If you receive spam or an inappropriate message from someone, you can block the member, or report it to us at support@muslimconnect.io and we will review accounts that are repeat offenders.
