A group is created by a group administrator. Depending on the subscription plan, the group admin can also assign a number of moderators to help manage the group and plan events. Admin and moderators are collectively known as organisers.
To create a group, the group admin decide what the group is about, its interests and who it is for and its privacy settings. Then they’ll need to select and pay for a subscription plan. Then it is up to them how to spread the word of the group (i.e. Facebook, local centres, word of mouth), communicate with the group through posts on the activity wall and create events.
