Your name initially entered on the Sign Up form will be publicly displayed on your profile and also in search engine results. You can choose to enter your real name, your first name followed by surname initial or another name entirely. Although we encourage users to be authentic and open, we do understand some are more private in nature and may not want to display their full real name.
To change your name:
1. Click 
at the top right of MuslimConnect and select Settings
2. Under General, go to Name and edit to your preferred name
3. Scroll down and click Save Changes
Your account username is defaulted to your email address and can also be changed from the Settings page. This will only be shown in the URL.
