Editing an event

The group admin can edit all events in that group. Moderators can only edit events they created. To edit an event:

1. Go to the page of the event you want to edit
2. Select Edit Event in the left navigation menu
3. Change the details of the events as you need
4. Confirm your edits by clicking Update Event

If there are changes to an event, it’s important to keep your members informed. MuslimConnect will send a notification to attendees that event details have been changed. You can also edit the description to highlight any updates, or post a comment on the event page.
