There are two group images that you can upload – a profile picture and a cover photo. We encourage admins to upload a cover photo, perhaps a group photo or an image that represent your group’s interests and will grab the attention of potential members. If you choose not to upload a cover photo, a default MuslimConnect image will be set for your group. Uploading a profile picture is more optional. If you choose to upload a profile picture, it will appear above your group name.
To upload and set your group images:
1. Go to your group’s homepage and select Manage Group from the left menu
2. Click on Cover Image
3. In the Cover Photo section or the Profile Picture section, select your file to upload
4. If you already have group images, simply upload the new image to replace it
For better results, make sure to upload an image in a JPG or PNG format with a 16:9 ratio. The ideal dimensions for a group cover photo are 614 x 350, while a profile picture will be square. Please note that the file size limit is 10MB.
