All member payments are between members and organisers. Make sure to speak to the organiser and find out if there are any refund policies before paying, especially if the fees are high. Then if you’ve paid for event fees or tickets and want a refund, you can request it from the organiser.
MuslimConnect do not issue refunds for any member-to-organiser payments. As these are all payments made off of MuslimConnect, in cash, or using a third-party payment processor, any disputes cannot be mediated by MuslimConnect. We will only take action if we determine that there has been misuse of our platform, or that the expectations originally communicated have not been met.
