Changing my email address

The email address that you supplied to MuslimConnect when signing up for an account is used to verify your identity, send you important emails and updates, and communicate if you need help.

If for whatever reason, you have lost access to that email address, but you still know the password, you can log in using your old email address and password. Once logged in, you can change your email address on your Settings page. We’ll send an activation email to the new address. Click on the link in the email to confirm the change.

If you still can’t log in, please send us an email by contacting us at support@muslimconnect.io and we’ll try to get you access to your account again.

If we’re not able to verify your details, you will need to create a new account using a different email address.
