You can only message another user if that they are a part of a same group as you. If they are not part of any groups that you have joined or created, the Message button on their profile will be greyed out and prevent you from messaging them.
You can customize your Privacy settings to control who can contact you directly. You can choose to allow messages only from organiser, only from members in your groups, or from any MuslimConnect user.
If a user has blocked you, that will also prevent you from messaging them.
